Thank you for entering Cute Girl Museum.
Each piece is created to order, produced individually to preserve quality, intention, and rarity. Please allow 7–14 business days for fulfillment before shipment on all in-stock items.
Select works are released as pre-orders. These pieces are produced in limited batches, allowing for a more focused and deliberate process. Production timelines for pre-orders range from 4–8 weeks, depending on the garment.
Rather than existing as excess, each piece is made specifically for you — reducing waste while maintaining a higher standard of craftsmanship. Pre-orders offer early access and ensure your place within a limited release. Once a piece is gone, it does not return.
When your order has been completed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
No mass production. No excess.

SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping
All orders are made to order and processed within 2–7 business days.
Once shipped, delivery typically occurs within 5–10 business days, depending on your location.
Domestic U.S. shipping is a flat rate of $8.
Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.
Processing
Each piece is produced individually with care. Processing times may vary depending on order volume and demand.
During high-volume periods, processing times may extend beyond the standard window.
Shipping Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate at checkout.
If a package fails to deliver due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for reshipment costs. An invoice will be issued to cover the cost of reshipping the order.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Cute Girl Museum is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
Carrier Delays
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control.
We are not responsible for delays once an order has been handed over to the carrier.
International Shipping
We ship internationally. Delivery times vary depending on destination.
Customs duties, taxes, or import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
