Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly produced, we will replace the item, offer a discount, or issue store credit.

To report an issue, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery.

  • Subject title "Request Assistance"
  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item

Every request is reviewed personally, and we will work to resolve the issue appropriately.


Eligibility

To qualify:

  • Item must be unused
  • Issue must be reported within 30 days
  • Photo evidence is required

Non-Eligible Situations

We do not offer replacements, discounts, or credit for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Minor color or print variations
  • Shipping delays
  • Lost or stolen packages
